Large Families

If you constantly run out of hot water after the third shower, a tankless unit solves the problem by providing a continuous supply.

Commercial Kitchens

Restaurants need hot water non-stop. We install rack-systems (multiple tankless units) to ensure you never fail a health inspection.

Luxury Bathrooms

Filling a large soaking tub requires more hot water than a standard tank holds. Tankless handles high-volume needs easily.

Space Saving

Tankless units mount on the wall, freeing up valuable closet or garage floor space for storage or office equipment.

Life Without Limits

Unlimited Hot Water: You can run the dishwasher, washing machine, and shower at the same time without the water running cold.

Lower Energy Bills: Tankless units only burn gas when you turn on the tap. You stop paying to keep 50 gallons of water hot 24/7 in your garage.

Longer Lifespan: A traditional tank lasts 10-12 years. A well-maintained tankless unit can last 20+ years because water doesn't sit inside rusting it.

Cleaner Water: Since water isn't sitting in a tank gathering sediment and rust, the hot water you use is cleaner and fresher.

The Tankless Conversion

Switching technology requires expertise. We handle the gas upgrades and venting to ensure your new system performs perfectly.

Gas Line Sizing

Tankless units require a high volume of gas. We check your gas meter and pipe size to ensure your home can support the unit.

Mounting & Venting

We mount the unit on an exterior or interior wall and install special PVC venting that releases exhaust safely outside.

Calibration

We set the output temperature (usually 120°F) and test the flow rate to ensure the unit activates correctly when you open a faucet.

Tankless Water Heater Questions

Common questions about making the switch to on-demand hot water.

  • Does a tankless water heater run out of hot water?

No. As long as you have gas and water supply, the unit will heat the water indefinitely. You could shower for 5 hours straight and it would still be hot.

  • Is it hard to switch from a tank to tankless?

It does require some upgrades. We often need to run a larger gas line and install a dedicated electrical outlet, but the result is worth the initial effort.

  • How much does it cost to install a tankless water heater?

The upfront cost is higher than a standard tank (usually 2-3x more), but the energy savings, longer lifespan (20 years), and home value increase provide a great ROI.

  • Do tankless heaters work with hard water?

Yes, but hard water can cause scale buildup on the heat exchanger. We strongly recommend installing a scale inhibitor or performing an annual vinegar flush to keep it efficient.
