Element & Thermostat Failure

The most common cause of cold water in electric units. We replace burnt-out elements and faulty thermostats on the spot.

Commercial Pilot Assemblies

For gas units in restaurants or offices, we clean and replace pilot assemblies and thermocouples to ensure safe, reliable ignition.

Pressure Relief Valves

If your unit is dripping, the T&P valve may be faulty. We replace it to ensure your tank operates at safe pressure levels.

Is Your Tank on the Verge of Bursting?

Rusty or Discolored Water: If water looks brown or smells metallic, the inside of your tank is rusting. This is a critical warning sign for both home and commercial units.

Running Out Too Fast: If your salon runs out of hot water halfway through the day, or your home shower goes cold quickly, a dip tube or element has failed.

Pooling Water: Any moisture around the base of the tank is an emergency. It usually indicates a fracture in the glass lining that will eventually flood the floor.

Popping & Rumbling: Loud noises coming from the tank mean sediment is boiling at the bottom, overheating the steel and stressing the unit.

The Rapid Recovery Protocol

We arrive stocked and ready. Our goal is to fix the issue in one visit so you can get back to your routine.

Diagnosis & Safety Check

We test the power supply or gas line and pinpoint the failed component. We also check for carbon monoxide leaks on gas units.

The Fix

We drain the tank if necessary and replace the broken part using professional-grade components that last longer than hardware store parts.

Testing & Cleanup

We fill the tank, test the water temperature to prevent scalding, and ensure there are absolutely no leaks before we leave.

Water Heater Repair Questions

Answers to common questions about fixing vs. replacing your unit.

  • Why is my water heater leaking from the bottom?

If water is pooling underneath the tank, the internal glass lining has likely cracked due to age or sediment. Unfortunately, a leaking tank cannot be repaired and must be replaced immediately to prevent flooding.

  • How much does it cost to fix a water heater pilot light?

It is often an affordable repair. Usually, the issue is a dirty pilot assembly or a bad thermocouple, both of which we can replace quickly for a flat rate.

  • Can you fix commercial water heaters for restaurants?

Yes, we service high-capacity commercial units and boosters. We understand that health codes require hot water, so we treat these calls as urgent.

  • Why does my hot water run out so fast?

In electric units, this usually means one of the two heating elements has burned out. In gas units, it could be a broken dip tube mixing cold water with the hot. We can fix both issues.
